刘立志

1971年生。中山大学肿瘤防治中心影像介入副教授。1996年毕业于川北医学院，1996年9月-至今在中山大学附属肿瘤防治中心影像介入中心任医师、主治医师和副教授，从事肿瘤影像学诊断及介入治疗工作及研究。2004年6月在中山医科大学获得医学影像专业临床硕士学位，从事鼻咽癌影像学研究。近年来，积极开展鼻咽癌影像学和肿瘤学研究工作，主要的研究成果有：首次提出以最大轴径≥6CM为咽后淋巴结的影像学标准，首次对咽后淋巴结的转移规律进行了较为系统的影像学研究，首次通过随访研究发现咽后淋巴结的预后价值，首次发现咽后淋巴结单双侧预后没有差别，并提出合理依据在97分期中把咽后淋巴结归N1,而不能够归为N0或N2;首次对MRI所检测鼻咽癌颅神经侵犯与临床颅神经麻痹的相关性进行了分析，并研究MRI所检测鼻咽癌颅神经侵犯的预后及分析。

主持广东省医药科研基金(以MRI为检测方法研究咽后淋巴结转移对鼻咽癌预后及分期的影响)，同时参与了2项国家自然基金(含钆纳米材料磁共振分子影像造影剂的研制，第2完成人;肿瘤生长扩散中的时空耦合噪声效应与动力学斑图，第3完成人)，3项广东省科技计划项目(肿瘤靶向的含钆纳米造影剂的研制，第2完成人;鼻咽癌咽后淋巴结转移的临床研究，第3完成人;CIK细胞联合GP化疗方案治疗鼻咽癌放疗后肝肺转移瘤的临床研究，第3完成人)和广州市科技攻关计划项目(新型核磁共振造影剂-钆掺杂复合纳米材料的研制，第3完成人)等课题的研究。
